Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcome in our network. To make this explicit we chose to centre the name of our organisation on 'Women', and not 'Female', which would exclude gender non-conforming people and members of the trans community. We use an inclusive definition and welcome trans women as well as genderqueer and non-binary people who identify as women or femme. We rely on our members to sign up in good faith, and tell us how they personally identify as far as they are comfortable.
