How do I join the network and become a member?
To become an official member of the network, all you need to do is sign up which you can do here: http://eepurl.com/djMxCj. You'll be signed up to our monthly newsletter, get the latest jobs in the sector, and priority access to our events.
Do I have to be entry-level or early career to join the network?
No! While we have a special focus on entry-level women and supporting them through the early stages of their career, WIAN is a platform for women of all levels of experience. The issues women face does not stop when they graduate, when they get their first job or when they get their first promotion. We run programmes, events and activities for women in middle management, mid-to-senior level professionals, Executives and Directors.
Can I participate in the mentorship programme?
Each year WIAN runs its flagship mentorship programme and puts out an open call for applications. We do not accept speculative applications, and all applications should be sent when the portal opens. Registered members can apply to participate as a mentee on any of the 3 schemes, and experienced professionals can apply to be a mentor.
