WIAN is a thriving digital start-up that seeks to influence the international sector and support aspiring international female professionals. We aim to equip them with the skills and information they need through our resources, events and lifestyle content. From careers in development, foreign policy and human rights (to name a few), we are the number one destination for women pursuing opportunities in international affairs.
All staff members work remotely (home-based) and in a voluntary capacity. Our staff volunteers are based in Africa, Australasia, continental Europe as well as the UK. Each volunteer is motivated by their passion to dismantle gender and youth inequality in the international sector, and we accommodate their schedules through flexible working hours. We are always on the lookout for candidates that want to build from the ground up, with good time management skills, a strong ability to take ownership of their role and thrive under a macro-management culture.
