The Role
As the Direct Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Direct Marketing Manager and form part of the Direct Marketing team under the Supporter Activation section. You'll be responsible for contributing to the effective planning and implementation of direct marketing campaigns across Oxfam Australia’s portfolio of mass fundraising initiatives spanning multiple segments, products, campaigns and channels that inspire initial and continued support of our work. You'll work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that fundraising campaigns align to OAU strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
A little about you (the key selection criteria)
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
Direct marketing experience: Demonstrated experience in the direct marketing space (single giving, regular giving) developing and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
Data-led decision making: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data insights and reporting to identify, develop, and/or strengthen fundraising offerings.
Adaptability: Flexible and affable approach to support the needs of key stakeholders (i.e. Direct Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Direct Marketing etc.) based on team priorities and capacity.
Project management: Proven ability to work independently and exercise initiative to keep key fundraising projects and initiatives on time and to task.
Emotional intelligence: High degree of emotional intelligence and humility, and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A base salary of $88,337.37 (pro-rata) plus superannuation, superior leave benefits and access to generous non-for-profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax-free).
